Details for Groups of 4 or more:
- We suggest making advance reservations at least 2 weeks in advance of your planned date in order to have the best options for services and staff available. Sometimes last minute appointments are available, but this is not the norm, so please plan ahead.
- Depending on your group’s size, day/date and time constraints, we may choose to offer a limited menu of services to allow for ease of booking and flow of services. This ensures we are able to provide the highest quality experience for your entire group.
- We require a credit card deposit to guarantee all appointments. In some cases, especially during peak or holiday periods, we will ask for a 50% deposit to be paid in advance of your appointments.
- We require 5 days notice on cancellations is requested to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made with less than 5 days notice will result in a 100% fee being charged.
- Due to the additional time, coordination and care required to make your group’s spa experience outstanding, we cannot accept Groupons or any 3rd party certificates, specials or vouchers for groups of 4 or more. Please contact us to see if we are able to offer the special you saw directly.
- A 20% gratuity will be added to all group member’s services and collected prior to the event.
- At present, we can comfortably schedule up to 12 people to receive massage services individually all at once (up to 15 if some people choose to schedule Couples’ Massages) and another 3-4 in our Saunas or Salt Room. However, larger groups may wish to inquire about renting out the whole facility or staggering services over the course of several hours or a day.
