Gentle Yoga

A comfortable Yoga for all levels. This easy paced class will gently open, strengthen and balance the body while relaxing the mind and relieving stress. Perfect for beginners and those who want to continue Yoga with a less demanding practice.

Pilates

Non-impact exercise in the form of strength and flexibility training that can be done by someone at any level of fitness to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness. Taught by Ann Hardee.

Tuesdays at 6 PM
Thursdays at 8 AM
Saturdays at 9 AM

Wild Chair Yoga

This class is designed for those new to Yoga or who might have physical limitations that make traditional mat/floor classes inaccessible or difficult. Using a chair to support the body along with straps and blocks you will experience the many benefits of Yoga.

Hatha Yoga/Pilates

The most widely practiced form of yoga in America. It concentrates on physical health and mental well-being through body postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to bring about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.

Lead Instructor - Ann Hardee

Ann Hardee has been teaching all levels of Yoga for over 20 years.  She is trained and certified in various Yoga styles and has studied with leading yogis around the world.  She is a certified Pilates instructor through The Physical Mind Institute.

She teaches Yoga and Pilates at two Country Clubs in Greensboro in addition to her classes here at A to Zen Wellness Yoga Studio.  Ann has the experience and talents to determine the level of each student and help them adapt individually and comfortably in all of her classes.

As a baby boomer herself, Ann is keenly aware of the physical limitations and needs of this generation of women & men.  Keeping you flexible, strong and balanced with a functional range of motion is the goal for all her students. And ending each class with a stress reducing meditation completes the experience of Yoga 4 All.
