Schedule An Appointment
Though we have set reception hours as shown below, massage appointments are sometimes available before or after these times:
Monday – Friday: 10 AM – 8 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Sunday: 12 PM to 6 PM
Online requests are often the quickest way to get in touch with us. As soon as we are sure we can accommodate your appointment(s), we will be be back in touch to confirm. Please help speed up the process by giving us complete information in your online profile including the credit card # you wish to use to hold the appointment.
Even when we have all your information, it can still take as long as a few hours to respond as we often have multiple requests for the same time and provider online, by phone and from clients in the spa. We do our very best to take care of all clients in a timely manner, and appreciate your patience as we do this. Your appointment is not confirmed until we approve it and you receive an email confirmation or call from us.
Though we try to keep an eye on our schedule requests and alerts after we close each day, we sometimes miss them as we are off enjoying our own relaxation time. If you make your request outside of our regular business hours, it will usually be answered the next business day once we re-open. Thank you for understanding that we do not expect anyone on our team to work 24/7.
If you are scheduling the appointment for another person, please indicate that when you request the appointment. This is especially important if the client we’ll be seeing has any special issues or concerns such as being pregnant or having any major physical limitations/health conditions that could affect the massage session. Please also let us know if it is a special occasion or surprise!
If you are scheduling a COUPLES MASSAGE of any duration online, you will need to request TWO (2) appointments with TWO (2) massage therapists.
Please also note that we schedule more time between appointments than most other spas and group massage practices.
Our schedule reserves 60 minutes of clock time for a 30 minute massage, 90 minutes for a 60 minute massage, and 120 minutes for a 90 minute massage. This allows our clients time to talk about goals/issues to be addressed in the massage and to learn about self care/home care after the session while still getting a full and un-rushed 30/60/90 minute massage. This important buffer time also enables therapists to refresh themselves (eat, stretch, take a few deep breaths) between massages so they may continue to provide amazing services to all clients. If you have a tight schedule and need to wrap up your session more quickly, please let us know when you schedule/arrive.
All scheduled appointments, including those scheduled online, are subject to our 24 Hour Cancellation and No Show Policy.
